CurrentCreate and implement a company wide recruiting process. Track all candidates, positions and recruiting efforts. Manage open positions and work with hundreds of candidates to fill open positions within the Manufacturing field, Technical Field and Corporate positions.Update all open job descriptions, salary ranges and benefits. Work with hiring managers to create recruiting and interview processes that best support the goals of the department and the needs within the open position.Create, implement and facilitate a company wide onboarding and retainment process for new employees. Work with new employees for their first 90 days through the organization and scheduling of their training and by completing onboarding reviews at that time. Work with Senior Team Members and Managers to create training for new employees – for company wide training and position specific training.Work with Human Resources Manager in order to create content to promote employee Benefits and Health Care rewards. Works with Human Resources to manage employee reviews, off boarding process and employee benefits feedback.
