As Chief of Staff, I served as an operational and thought partner to the CEO. I was involved in all the critical workflows at Tenure, stepping in and filling functional leadership gaps whenever they arose. I built the HR infrastructure from the ground up and developed the annual planning and OKR processes. I led the legal entity formation of two subsidiary entities, one of which is the fully licensed insurance entity, and I provided business and internal legal review of all vendor contracts.

As Eden Health's Clinical Chief of Staff I was an advisor and strategic partner to the Associate Chief Medical Officer. I managed his priorities, overseeing staff/internal operations, external-facing initiatives, and spearheading special projects across critical areas of the business. I was the glue that held the clinical team together and the person who could get any initiative across the finish line.

As Director of Corporate Operations I was responsible for executive leadership and execution on all operations, legal, human resources, and administrative initiatives across the company. I operated as an extension of the CFO/COO on critical projects including the sale of Doctor.com to Press Ganey in 2020. I identified and filled complex roles when gaps arose in key functional areas, and I served as the point person and information hub for all team members. After defining the contracting strategy by balancing business need with risk management, I reviewed all legal documents quickly, accurately, and thoughtfully to conform with company standards while keeping deals in motion.

As Corporate Operations Manager, I made the trains run on time for our NYC office and advised the executive team. I was responsible for managing large scale projects such as HIPAA Compliance, as well as the day to day of running our NYC Office. If something needed to get done, I was the person to talk to. As a Freelance Event and Stage Manager I managed onsite teams, including navigating regulations across a variety of unions, to execute the creative vision and remain within budgetary constraints. I also communicated information across various stakeholders while maintaining strict calendars and deadlines to ensure successful productions. As the Project Manager, I produced Events for Adam Aleksander Presents' largest client, coming in 10% under budget by leveraging vendor relations and putting together an efficient onsite team. Additionally I managed all budgets and clients and kept the team on track by implementing project management software that allowed for greater transparency in tracking progress and meeting deadlines. As the project manager for Go West Creative Group's New York Office, I oversaw events from idea through execution. I managed project budgets, schedules, contracts, vendor and client relationships in order to make each event a smashing success! I won pitches for new clients and projects by analyzing RFPs to help steer the creative team in a direction that both allowed for up-selling events and meeting all client goals. Park Boulevard Productions is a boutique New York-Based Production Company Specializing in Meeting the Technical Demands of Creative Clientele. As the Office Manager, I was responsible for all billing and accounts receivable, as well as processing bi-monthly payroll.
