• Responsible for itinerary planning and AMEX travel booking for 30-60 plus employees • Created and implemented employee travel request processes for remote US offices• Arrange and facilitate client meetings onsite and offsite• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of office policies and procedures, implemented into all remote offices• Oversee invoice submission for payment on all accounts receivable to corporate accounting department• Maintain annual budget for office operations, in direct relation to Managing Director’s and Facilities VP expectations• Coordinate and submit all expense reporting for executive staff• Secure and maintain vendors valuable to our agency for daily, weekly, and monthly operations• Direct procurement of all office supplies, business cards, equipment, and furniture • Oversaw the construction and remodeling of 10,500 sq. ft. office space and coordinated the transition of all employees, phones, computers, and conference rooms once completed• Liaise with building management for logistics, maintenance, and security• Produce engaging and entertaining events for office staff, and visiting clients
