CurrentMy primary focus areas include leading Global Defense merger and acquisition strategy, overseeing infrastructure and delivery of services for the firm’s business around the globe, and driving the Global Defense Group vision for our talent experience and future of work transformation. Ms. St. Clair has worked across many of Booz Allen’s business areas during her tenure with the firm. Most recently, she drove the Firm’s COVID-19 pandemic response leading the COVID Response Team which established the strategy, frameworks, and programs to help protect the health and safety of employees around the globe. In her International Operations role, she led the firm’s international expansion strategy and operations, risk assessment, global mobility and immigration while working across all global functions to ensure integrated delivery of services. Previously, Ms. St. Clair was a Human Resources Executive with versatile experience including leadership of the transformation of HR at Booz Allen by enabling the business through Workday, an on-demand human capital system. In addition, she led Employee Relations, Risk Management, Compliance and Total Rewards. She has also led the delivery of services in the areas of talent management, development, diversity and inclusion, strategy and analytics. She and her team of experts partnered closely with the business to design and deliver talent strategies and programs for a multi-generational workforce in a diverse, global business. Ms. St. Clair holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Radford University.
