During my tenure, I worked closely with fellow members of the organization to plan and execute initiatives and programs that promoted civil rights, equity, and inclusivity on campus. As a former Staff of Action and Strategy Study at the Faculty Student Executive Organization, I played a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the student experience within the faculty. During my time in the organization, I worked closely with other members to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
