Specialising in superannuation, I have over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. My experience includes, coaching and managing multi-disciplined customer service teams, project coordination, audit coordination, and incident and relationship management. Before moving into my current role, my responsibilities over the past five years focused on operational management, people management, and regulatory reporting. I have recently supported the Program Management Office on CareSuper's merger with Spirit Super as the Program Coordinator focusing on developing and upholding a strong governance framework. My current role at CareSuper supports CareSuper’s strategic growth aspirations by delivering on opportunities that arise from partnerships with employers, actuarial consultants, and other industry partners. My primary responsibilities in this role include supporting the wider Business Development Team with tender management, coordinating pitch opportunities, and supporting employers through Member Consent or Successor Fund Transfers. Applying my knowledge of fund administration and regulatory requirements, I’m focused on identifying and improving operational processes that complement the funds strategic goals. I am passionate about the environment, financial literacy, and advocacy that leads to improved education, health and social conditions for women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalised communities. When I'm not working on business development, I enjoy travelling, reading, watching sport, going to the cinema and spending time with my young family.
