Global Mobility Specialist
Current• Manage the overall implementation and administration of the existing Global Mobility programs• Provide guidance and expertise in reviewing the Global Mobility policy to ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned with industry standards • Advise stakeholders on mobility policy and processes• Manage international assignments (i.e. approval process, remuneration package, assignee briefing, implementation)• Handle market data for assignment remuneration packages, in line with the applicable policy• Facilitate the cost management of assignments• Facilitate the processing of policy exceptions according to the exception approval process• Manage the social security coverage and liaise with authorities in special cases• Coordinate work permit applications with local HR and external service providers• Initiate external vendor services and monitor the service delivery quality (e.g. tax services, relocation, temporary housing, household shipment, immigration, global health coverage)• Administer international pension, risk and health plans regarding new member registration, member de-registration, interaction with members and HR stakeholders• Optimize Global Mobility operations and processes (reporting, tools, templates)• Support set up of external international assignment administration tool • Support various Global Mobility Projects
