I work alongside fellow bartenders, coordinators, leaders, and back-of-house staff to ensure a fun and exciting Bar/Restaurant experience for our guests. In addition to bartending, I am trained in both AM and PM serving at Steakhouse 71, and work primarily during the PM shifts to create memorable dinners and experiences for our guests. Behind the Bar at Steakhouse 71 I am a trainer, I am responsible for training the new bartenders, servers, food runners, coordinators, and leaders as they enter our location. During my first year, I had the opportunity to be a part of an opening team for Steakhouse 71 and the leadership pulled me as an opener and trainer to reopen the Top of the World Lounge, a Disney Vacation Club Lounge at Bay Lake Tower.

Worked with the Assistant and Store Manager in day-to-day decisions and activities through the store, which includes hitting our store metrics while creating magical experiences for both our Guests and our Cast Members. Led the Rapid Shipment Processing Team by making sure we successfully processed our new product, by putting it Back Stage and On Stage, in a timely and effective manner.

Focused on creating a safe and fun environment for bar patrons while also having the focus and multitasking ability to serve hundreds of guests each night. Began as an inexperienced new bartender and progressed my way to a trainer within my first six months at the job.

Revamped my team to create a successful and cohesive unit by streamlining Francesca's practices. Oversaw daily tasks by delegating, coaching, and following up with team members to ensure accountability and productivity. Drove business by ensuring daily metrics were met as well as creating a fun and functional environment for the guests and team.

Assisted with the daily running of the boutique by ensuring that all employees are striving to be the best version of themselves while representing the best version of Francesca's. Drove business by analyzing daily sales and pushing ourselves to further enhance our Guest Experience.

Managed the bar and was responsible for leading a successful bar and crowd staff to ensure satisfied guests. Worked alongside the bar's owner in the rebranding of the bar and the education of the new bartenders; I was responsible for creating and implementing a brand-new menu as well as developing a bartending exam to hold the staff accountable.
