Led the health system in the selection and implementation of new strategies using telehealth technology platforms, and new clinical products and services that supported the large scale transformation of health care and addressed provider shortages. The Center for Telehealth launched comprehensive clinical telemedicine programs across multiple specialties, and in multiple settings—advancing high value care by supporting providers and patients, virtually anywhere. The Center for Rural Emergency Services and Trauma (CREST) network was established in 2007 to support rural emergency departments with the advancement of quality and coordinated care across the region through telehealth and educational initiatives. Since its inception, CREST has developed into a mature and cohesive network of twenty critical access and community hospitals across NH and VT. Through interactive case reviews, web lectures, skills and Simulation training, conferences, and best practice/protocol sharing, CREST is strengthening the healthcare system in rural Northern New England so that patients in this region have access to high-quality specialty care at every phase of treatment, from the field, to their local hospital and during transfer to a tertiary center if necessary.

Supported project to design and build the Worlds Largest Weathervane. Involved in special custom orders for U.S. presidents, celebrities.
