I work closely with the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing to maintain and promote a good public image of the Panhellenic Council to the University of Tennessee and Knoxville communities. I assist in the digital content creation for all UT Panhellenic social media accounts as well as updating the Panhellenic website.

I helped to build relationships between The Hang Loose Hut, a custom apparel company, and campus organizations at The University of Tennessee. I also created digital marketing content for The Hang Loose Hut to foster social media engagement for the company.

I created new, exciting merchandise for Philanthropy events, Panhellenic recruitment, Family Weekends, and other events throughout the year. I coordinated with several companies and individuals to sell the merchandise and ensure it was up to the standards of Kappa Kappa Gamma and the University of Tennessee. In this position, I managed the merchandise Instagram account; creating graphics to better advertise the clothing and encourage purchasing. I distributed chapter merchandise to the over 440 members of the chapter. During my time in this position, I improved the merchandise pick-up process which made it possible for almost 95% of individuals to pick up their order within a week or less; decreasing the amount of improper orders and decreasing the amount of remaining merchandise.

I worked this position as a summer job in both 2022 and 2023 during the same months. I maintained high standards of customer service by providing efficient and effective care to club members. I trained all nine new employees in the summer of 2023 in different positions throughout the restaurant to foster a more well-rounded staff. I photographed and designed images to promote weekly specials that would increase special sales by more than 30%. I committed full menu items and product details to memory, including four different menus used interchangeably throughout the day to better address customer concerns and questions.
