Leading a team of 30+ Product Designers to build elegant, intuitive, E2E workflow solutions for our customers.

Driving strategic growth and operational efficiencies through user-centered design methodologies, I lead a team of product designers, visual designers and design research. I oversee design direction across a diverse digital product portfolio, define roadmaps and foster an inclusive design culture.

Setting the creative direction, style, and design methodology across Condé Nast's digital properties, including Condé Nast Traveler, Glamour, Allure, Golf Digest, Self, Architectural Digest and W Magazine.

Advanced exploration and positioning of the Nook brand, through web and application design. I led the UX and Visual Design team on the international expansion of the nook native app and web. Working with Developers, Product Managers and Merchandisers, we created a fully responsive, SEO friendly, localized eCommerce site that also functioned as a multi-channel Shop platform across the Nook ecosystem of native apps. I also worked closely on the UX and Creative direction for the Windows client expansion.I was responsible for end-to-end user testing on all projects, conducting competitive analysis, and prototyping UI paradigms. I designed a nook ecosystem promotional engine, including all email marketing.
