Through my prior non-profit, academic, and government experiences, I have:• Advised on technical issues related to climate, environment, water resources, and energy in the U.S. Senate and U.S. Agency for International Development through policy memoranda, legislative recommendations, and direct engagement on development program planning and implementation.• Developed and negotiated climate policy, where I used my scientific expertise to draft and analyze policies, engage with stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning.• Created tools to aid community response to climate change in an international context and assessed strategies for the communication and integration of scientific information into decision-making.I am excited to use my technical background, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership experiences to collaborate with diverse audiences on equitable solutions to pressing societal challenges.
