I advocate for people who want to live a healthier life 🥑 🚶 🍎...no, it’s not easy...and no, it’s not simple. It is complex and overwhelming and daunting. I believe that empathy goes a long way. 🤗I don’t buy the excuse that society is “unmotivated” or “just lazy”. Everyday I talk to people who are asking, seeking and hoping for a solution 💡that is real and lasting. It is human nature for us to want someone to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we overcome the obstacles 🎢 of health improvement. I believe that we need to stand together because together we can go far! 💪As the WHO reported (2018) inactivity is a pandemic - and I am doing everything I can to change the trajectory of chronic disease by creating tangible solutions for people who are at risk. How? By providing clinically-supervised exercise and health coaching, delivered with love, care and a sense of joy! I strongly advocate for FUN 🎉, because a few laughs is what life is all about:)So, I created the 💥SPARKS METHOD💥 - a five step process that helps us take control of our health and live life to the fullest.
