I advocate for people who want to live a healthier life š„ š¶ š...no, itās not easy...and no, itās not simple. It is complex and overwhelming and daunting. I believe that empathy goes a long way. š¤I donāt buy the excuse that society is āunmotivatedā or ājust lazyā. Everyday I talk to people who are asking, seeking and hoping for a solution š”that is real and lasting. It is human nature for us to want someone to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we overcome the obstacles š¢ of health improvement. I believe that we need to stand together because together we can go far! šŖAs the WHO reported (2018) inactivity is a pandemic - and I am doing everything I can to change the trajectory of chronic disease by creating tangible solutions for people who are at risk. How? By providing clinically-supervised exercise and health coaching, delivered with love, care and a sense of joy! I strongly advocate for FUN š, because a few laughs is what life is all about:)So, I created the š„SPARKS METHODš„ - a five step process that helps us take control of our health and live life to the fullest.
