Social Media Coordinator for the Division of Lung Diseases. Increased page following over 30% in two years by collaborating with coworkers to create #NHLBIEarlyCareer to educate early career scientists about the NHLBI Training Program and #KnowYourPO to help the scientific community and general public get to know the Program Officers covering their scientific portfolio.As a Program Analyst I serve as a Council Liaison and create the paperwork that will be presented at the quarterly NHLBI Advisory Council meetings. Ability to work collaboratively in teams, meet tight deadlines and deliver a quality product to the stakeholder. Assist with other administrative tasks including FACTS requests and Over 500k paperwork.

Operate the backend of the Cisco Jabber bridge during video assisted meetings to deliver clean audio and video. Adjust audio levels as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
