Planned, designed, fielded and drafted FTTN, FTTB, FTTH, Hi-CAP, copper maintenance, and BAU for OSP and ISP. My first few months in operation I looked over 6 wire centers in the Omaha metro area. The wire center duties required day to day request of service from requested orders, maintenance, and emergency cuts. To run the wire centers, I had to be well verse in switch and inventory for copper and fiber counts, be efficient in all records of the GIS programs OSPFM, NDS and ARCGIS for ROW, and permits.Additional work outside of the wire center duties included, customer interface with business requesting new fiber service, project managing end to end process of all new fiber optic brownfield and greenfields, managing and coordinating with inventory switch and install techs for large business turn ups, and assisting the planning department with reserving pairs and fielding for new markets.I assisted all departments that were involved with customer testing and turnup, from sales to planning, to inside plant, to fielding, to drafting, to quality check, to material ordering, to permits and MRE, to construction, to install and finally completing the customer request.

I have experience with the software systems NDS, OSP-FM, Fireworks, Bidmaster, LFACS, Forte, JDS and all the Microsoft Office tools needed to complete the task handed to me.
