At GA, I worked towards 500+ hours of intensive, remote UX/UI design training that encompassed research, rapid prototyping and iterations, user testing, and visual design. I implemented these skills in designing mobile applications and website solutions to solve real-world problems for clients, individually, as well as collaboratively. ~Tiny Docs Academy: Worked with a team to design medical health education portals for teachers, parents, and students for our client. Sent out surveys, conducted interviews, did a comparative analysis, sketched our designs, built wireframes, administered usability tests, and created a high-fidelity prototype in Figma.-Eco-Stylist: Worked with a team as the project manager to completely redesign and add more functions to an eco-friendly clothing site. Conducted interviews, sketched out wireframes, facilitated usability testing, and created an interactive mid-fidelity prototype in Axure.-Ben’s Bells: Evaluated a non-profit website and provided recommendations for a more accessible and user-friendly flow. Completed heuristics evaluations and developed a test plan with journey maps, scenarios, and user stories. Conducted moderated usability tests and a WCAG audit.-Dento: Designed a new iOS app for users to understand dental procedures without a dependency on language. Used a Lean UX framework to conduct user interviews and testing and to produce storyboards, user flows, sketches, paper prototypes, an interactive wireframe created in Balsamiq, and a high-fidelity prototype designed in Adobe Xd.

On the side, I really enjoy freelancing for non-profits and small businesses! I have worked with clients to design, build and test mobile responsive websites on WordPress. I have created websites for a 5k/10k school event, a non-profit focused on medical work in Peru, and a non-profit doing humanitarian projects in a variety of countries.

At CPL, I took on many roles, but graphic and website design/development was by far my favorite! I was able to redesign and build the organization's website on WordPress as well as design appeal cards, newsletters, boxes for advertising, and other promotional giveaways. I also entered donations into a CRM, assisted the CFO with bookkeeping, answered donor calls, edited and did copywriting for promotional newsletters and appeals, and created and distributed tax-deductible receipts.

At SACS I taught and implemented lesson plans for Math, Science, Bible, Social Studies, and Computers to a fun group of middle schoolers! I also planned field trips, science fairs, and robotics tournaments. RenWeb became a part of my daily routine and I enjoyed assisting with the yearbook design and facilitating meetings for projects and events I was leading out in.

At AW Spalding I assisted the teacher in grading, interactive lesson planning, tutoring, and decorating. I also became the director of the aftercare program for my 2017 semester when my schedule opened up. I planned out the activities for each day, worked with my assistant to supervise and play with the kiddos, and I kept track and created a spreadsheet for parent pickup and billing.
