As part of the DEA Regulatory Practice, we assist DEA Registrants in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures which ensure compliance with the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and help avoid the financial and reputational risk that can result from subsequent enforcement actions. We offer a host of other services including mock DEA inspections, full security and process assessments and the creation and deployment of training programs designed to educate healthcare professionals throughout DEA's closed system of distribution.
