- Greet customers and help them decide on a beverage or food when necessary- Upsell items when the opportunity arises- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffees, teas, smoothies and blended drinks- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils and work areas- Restock coffee brewing equipment and replenish coffee bean supply as well as other store supplies to maintain proper inventory throughout the day- Follow equipment operation instructions, notify a manager of issues and perform preventative maintenance in order to keep equipment operating properly- Convey orders to coworkers for preparation- Follow all safety and organizational standards to maintain a healthy and safe environment
