Current• Servant Leader of up to 16 recruiters to successfully overfill technical roles • Lead the team that successfully recruited the highest number of new hires for Alorica in the first quarter of 2024 in the United States• In 2023, lead the only TA team that was able to maintain over 100% fill rates every single month for on-site and work at home in the United States• Collaborates with other department leads to build trust and streamline processes for higher retention, better hiring practices, and improved high-level strategies• Client Liaison and face of Talent Acquisition for clients to account for our activity, process, and strategy tailored specifically for them• Establish recruitment strategies and manage spend to ensure healthy lead volume and vision• Develop recruiters into future leaders and advance their industry knowledge
