WRS is the only commercial radio station in English in Switzerland. Designed as a daily media service for the large international community in the Geneva-Lausanne and surrounding France region, WRS provides audiences with live presenter-led programmes, local news, music, competitions, interviews, audience interaction, community coverage, what’s on guides, sport, culture, society and business programming. - Successfully developed the sales and growth strategy for Frontier Radio (later WRS) in the Geneva and neighbouring France area. - Led strategy and work plan for Frontier Magazine growing distribution from 10,000 to 35,000 copies per quarter.- Responsible for negotiations with the Swiss and French Radio authorities for DAB mast access and FM radio licences. - Contributed to the development and implementation of the sales strategy and achieved advertising / funding benchmarks for annual income totalling over 240k in three years.- Managed sales team, reporting to Commercial Director.- Speaker at Le Radio conference 2012 (Paris): “How to build and grow an internet radio”. - Coordinated internal and external marketing events to support listener growth.
