I'm currently responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running of a busy architects office based in Ipswich and Cambridge. This includes: Recruitment, HR, Operations, Health & Safety, IT, Client Liason, PR, Advertising & Marketing, Diary Management, Database Management, Purchase Ledger, Agreements & Appointments, Professional Registrations Management.

Financial Duties:• Responsible for verifying, inputting and authorising all UK & Foreign invoices due for payment in line with PPP Policy and Service Level Agreement. • Responsible for verification of Travel & Subsistence/Government Procurement Card claims to ensure that internal customers are paid within the Service Level Agreement• Maintenance of SUN Vendor Database to ensure all details on system are correct and updated when required• Provide advice and information to both Management and Internal iPOS users.HR Transactional Duties:• Issue letters to staff regarding pay role action• Ensure all marked forward action completed on any HR action• Update HR system on regular basis to ensure correct information recorded for all Cefas Employees• Maintain and issue notification spreadsheet to Cefas

• Responsible for communicating with customers• Photocopying/filing/sending out documentation• Maintaining contracts and keeping upto date• Administrative tasks for sales team
