Primary Lead for Syndicated Data Products: Health Equity, Dual Eligibility, IFP Member Experience, Consumer Digital Health, Employer/Employee Group Insurance-Led all quantitative research, including design, data processing, analysis, and the delivery to C-level and other audiences-Ideated and developed the Health Equity report, a syndicated data product which beat sales expectations in its first year-Developed the research plan and leveraged conjoint analysis to build a Healthcare Plan Simulator for client, allowing them to adjust variables and anticipate outcomes in building out their annual health plans -Conducted driver analysis for syndicated studies to predict insurance plan switching and plan loyalty, as well as random forest regressors and random forest generators using Python and Jupyter Notebooks-Leveraged NLP to analyze open end response questions using Python to analyze data sets of 500-1000 survey respondents -Identified a need for and partnered with Integrity’s Data Engineering team to plan the upload of CMS data into Snowflake-Optimized the survey feasibility request process for sales team, creating a Hubspot form to standardized requests-Managed 3 Researchers from Intern to senior-level, and implemented summer training program to develop data skills

-Owned the centralized data management system for 5 years of survey data, including the transition to a new survey design that required mapping 3000 respondents’ and 5 surveys’ worth of data to a new data structure -Executed high-level analysis (regression, factor analysis, etc.) and low-level processing and QA, as well as creating crosstabulation banners and custom analysis, including segmentation, construct creation, regression and correlation-Managed challenging merge requirements to create custom Ethnifacts data constructs, leveraging Nielsen Homescan and Simmons-MRI data, modeling data in their respective surveys to calculate proprietary constructs owned by Ethnifacts-Delivered a research project leveraging internal segments and Nielsen data to predict a discernible divergence in Target shoppers purchase behavior during and 2 quarters following a specific major political political event-Collaborated with Research Directors to develop innovative custom research, including new Census data analysis to identify markets and measure impact of the new Hear Her campaign, resulting in an increased awareness -Created custom ambicultural segments and fielded large media use and attitudes surveys for ATT, Telemundo, Latinworks-Created dashboards, data visualization, and custom tables for clients in Tableau and Google Data Studio
