I founded One Question in 2016, a global advisory organisation that distills business and societal challenges into a single question. Driven by a passion for asking better questions and the importance of conversation outside of our echo chambers, One Question aims to reimagine the world through research, conversation, and consultation, to shift individual behaviour, solve problems, create new opportunities, and drive systemic change within our organisations and communities.By encouraging leaders and their businesses to ask better questions, we explore the importance of understanding societal forces that impact our organisations, ultimately fostering more profitable and sustainable organisations.As the host of the One Question podcast, I invite leading thinkers, activists, CEOs, political speechwriters, and film directors into a conversation to share their perspectives on One Question. Series five returns in September to ask, “How do we lead in 2024?” Additionally, I write a fortnightly letter, delving into one big question every two weeks and musing on current global events through the lens of a single question. Outside of my work with One Question, I am innately curious and passionate about collecting vinyl and cooking, or I am in Italy.
