Provided high-quality, expert advice and services throughout the program and project lifecycle to ensure sustainable and impactful outcomes.Core Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO project management methodology and governance processes.Ensure projects deliver the parameters defined in their business case i.e. scope, objectives, budget, timeline and benefits.Ensure project management methodology, tools and templates are in line with the program framework and are used by the project team to support delivery of their projects.Work with the project management team to track and manage program/portfolio risks, issues, key decisions, projects interdependencies and manages the program pipeline.Escalate program/portfolio issues, risks and key decisions to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Work with functional managers and project managers on resource allocationManage project team/s efficiency and effectiveness, while coordinating and fostering teamworkOversee the post implementation review and closure of projects relevant to the program of workContinuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Work with cross company stakeholders to champion best practice project management processes.Build and develop a high-performing project management team and support the development of project resources pool.

Core Responsibilities:End-to-end responsibility for business transformation programs across the business, including the Capex and Opex processes.Develop strategies for programs and KPI-focused improvement projects, from conception to implementation stages.Liaise with executive teams to re-prioritise projects that align with strategic goals based on the ever-changing organisational landscape.Investigate issues through detailed data-driven analysis and provide recommendations to ensure effective operability.Lead the successfully delivery of key deliverables to ensure transformation strategies are achieved within scope and budget.Ensure effective governance procedures are in place to manage deliverables related to time, cost and quality of projects or programs.Manage organisational change program delivery and strategy, providing leadership, management, and coordinative direction to teams.Prepare business cases for transformative business solutions and present findings to executive board members and senior business managers.
