Under my leadership, the MCN reached over 60 million views per month with a combination of celebrity and digital native talent.Before that, I co-founded Big Frame, the first digital-only talent management firm. Dubbed “CAA for the digital set,” Big Frame was acquired by AwesomenessTV in April 2014.Outside of my professional work, I am the Community Outreach co-lead for Moms Demand Action, Santa Barbara, a grassroots movement of Americans fighting for public safety measures that can protect people from gun violence. We pass stronger gun laws and work to close the loopholes that jeopardize the safety of our families. I am also a prolific speaker and have given talks at prestigious events such as Harvard Business School, CES, Hot Pod and BAFTA.
