I am an experienced leader in the digital media industry, with a track record of launching and growing successful businesses. Currently, as the Head of Creator Partnerships at Patreon, I lead a team responsible for acquiring and launching new creators on our platform, the best place for creators to build memberships by providing exclusive access to their work and a deeper connection with their communities.In addition to my work at Patreon, I am also a co-founder and strategic advisor to Frolic Media, a content destination celebrating all things Romance and pop culture.My previous roles include serving as the Head of Awestruck, a millennial-mom focused network and lifestyle brand launched in 2015 at AwesomenessTV. During my time there, I created and launched the division, identified talent to sign to the multi-channel network, and collaborated on programming for various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Go90. Under my leadership, the MCN reached over 60 million views per month with a combination of celebrity and digital native talent.Before that, I co-founded Big Frame, the first digital-only talent management firm. At Big Frame, I established the company as an industry-leading media company and talent management firm with 300 talent signed, who have a combined 70+ million YouTube subscribers and a total social media reach of 200+ million followers. Dubbed “CAA for the digital set,” Big Frame was acquired by AwesomenessTV in April 2014.Outside of my professional work, I am the Community Outreach co-lead for Moms Demand Action, Santa Barbara, a grassroots movement of Americans fighting for public safety measures that can protect people from gun violence. We pass stronger gun laws and work to close the loopholes that jeopardize the safety of our families. I am also a prolific speaker and have given talks at prestigious events such as Harvard Business School, CES, Hot Pod and BAFTA.
