I'm not just the CEO of SALUD; I'm also a registered and licensed culturally inclusive dietitian, a clinical dietitian at Memorial Hospital, and the mother of two wonderful boys.My journey into this field started over a decade ago when I took the reins of SALUD in 2010. For the past nine years, I've been at the helm, driving the organization forward with a deep passion for helping others and a commitment to growth. As a culturally inclusive dietitian, I bring a unique perspective to my work, ensuring that our services are accessible and relevant to diverse communities.My background is diverse, with over a decade of experience in operations, small business management, natural medicine, and health systems. I earned a B.S. in Biomedical Science from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and furthered my education with a graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University.I'm actively involved in researching and launching new and expanding product lines, always seeking new opportunities to scale and grow the company within the community. My primary focus with SALUD is to provide quality all-natural healthcare to the communities who need it most, I ensure that our offerings are tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds. That's why we host multiple events throughout the year, offering a myriad of free services and, most importantly, educating people on how to maintain their health naturally and in a way that is familiar to them.My journey is a testament to the transformative power of small businesses that serve the community.
