In four years, I organized and oversaw the implementation of more than30 new POS in Switzerland and worldwide and followed up on the entirenetwork (150 POS):- Implementation of corporate standards and retail charter- Collaboration and negotiation with suppliers, architects, decorators, etc..- Communications to retailers and distributors

My primary responsibility was to monitor the development of80 POS worldwide:- Design, construction and opening of the POS- Logistics (inventory management and furniture delivery, POS material)- Reporting of sales (sell-in / sell-out)- Development of training modules and information tools for the salesforce (seminars, newsletters, mailings)

In the brand’s full expansion phase, I had the responsibility of managingits presence in international exhibitions of fine watchmaking andjewellery and organize events in the presence of VIPs and brandambassadors. Organising and coordinating implementation of new boutiques (…).
