I am a registered agency nurse with nearly five years of professional experience, where three of those years being dedicated to agency nursing. Throughout this venture, I have gained experience in trauma stepdown, observation, telemetry, medical surgical, COVID-19, and orthopedics. Core competencies include professional identity, nursing inquiry, excellent time management and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and positive attitude. I love learning and obtaining new skills. A goal of mine since I was a young girl was to obtain a degree from The Ohio State University. When I learned about the Masters of Healthcare Innovation program, I thought it would be a perfect fit since it incorporated my passion for healthcare, innovation, and culture.
