Experienced in property management matters, including litigation, vendor/supplier arrangements, and construction activities.· FINANCINGS – Knowledgeable in unsecured financings, including $1.35 billion unsecured revolving credit facility, foreign and domestic secured financings, and swap transactions. Securities | Reporting Experience:· FINANCIAL REPORTING – Supports financial reporting, earnings matters, audit and Sarbanes-Oxley review.· GOVERNANCE & SECURITIES – Essential to board and proxy matters. Oversaw corporate level vendors, corporate legal systems and documentation, and entity management.· LEGAL & REGULATORY OVERSIGHT – Integral to all legal and regulatory affairs in the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany for a publicly listed REIT with over $3 billion in assets under management.
