Worked directly under the Vice President in order to help the sales department in all aspects. Daily tasks included upkeep of suite information, planning grass root marketing strategies for weekly racing series, gathering information for potential leads, putting together sales proposals and executing annual Suite Day. Worked along side the Corporate sales team in multiple sponsorship deals from start to finish. Helped in execution of the X-games event, Global Rally Cross and the beginning planning stages of Atlanta’s Motorama event. Main efforts were put forth to the Labor Day weekend NASCAR race in which I helped the Corporate Sales Manager in her daily tasks with all of the title sponsors. I was given the opportunity to put forth new sales tactics and marketing strategies and even the ability to sell advertisements for the track.

In charge of finding and booking local events in which the GA Force could attend to promote the team. I handled getting all contact information for events, executed on site set up as well as the organization of all merchandise the day of the event. Organized on site entertainment which included cheerleaders and/or mascots. Served under the Director of Marketing and helped with whatever necessary to promote the GA Force.
