Process Optimization: Revamped the talent acquisition process by setting SLAs for team deliverables, developing SOPs for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, and implementing KPIs and OKRs to track progress against hiring goals. Conducted standardized interview training for all levels.Key Achievements:• Offer Acceptance Rate: Increased from 55% to 93% (EOY 2021 to EOY 2023).• Candidate Drop-Out Rate: Decreased from 19% to 1%.• Time-to-Decide: Reduced from 38 days to 24 days.• Time-to-Hire: Introduced and achieved a goal of 40 days, down from 60 days.• Cost Efficiency: Reduced agency spend by $100k year-over-year.• On-Time Hiring: Introduced a new KPI to ensure timely hires.Technology & Vendor Management: Managed the ATS, driving best practices and efficiencies through AI, automation, and integrations. Managed recruiting budgets, including sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, and vendor payments.
