Sarah Pruys works as a multimedia journalist for Cabin Radio and as a communications specialist for Ollie Williams Media, managing contracts such as the Northwest Territories Tourism social media portfolio.In 2019, she completed a Master's of Publishing degree through Simon Fraser University, where she was the recipient of the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship (SSHRC grant worth $17,500) for her Master of Publishing research project: “Building Publishing Protocols: A Framework for Indigenous Communities and Publishers.” She graduated in 2014 from the University of Winnipeg’s Public Relations and Marketing Management Program, and holds a Public Relations Diploma, a Marketing Diploma, and a Management Certificate. Sarah finished top of her class and was awarded the Canadian Public Relations Society - Manitoba Public Relations Scholarship and the PACE Staff Award.
