I became an independent consultant to lean further into helping businesses with their strategy, operations and management. One of the first projects I took on was helping Harvard pivot from a heritage in PR toward the full marketing stack. Working as the CEO’s right hand and collaborating with the SLT, board and teams across the business I:- Updated Harvard’s GTM proposition and refined it’s product + service offering (including pricing structures)- Reviewed the hiring strategy and formed commercial partnerships to match the requirements of the new proposition- Rolled-out new systems, workflows and tools company-wide, to support the proposition and business operations covering areas like revenue management; project management; team management and campaign management- Empowered teams to understand and communicate the new proposition and manage workflows via ongoing collaboration + feedback, toolkits and company-wide training- Advanced key areas like client measurement and supported business development

As a member of the management team I worked directly with the MD and global peers to deliver commercial growth, while simultaneously managing some of its largest clients, including Microsoft, Intel and Verizon.During my time here, I:- Delivered YoY revenue growth e.g. in 2016/17 we saw 40% growth from a base of over £1m- Devised data-driven strategies that spanned the marketing funnel and delivered tangible returns for clients - with campaign ROI as much as 43:1- Managed a dedicated team as well as specialists in FTE/FTC client placements and mentored individuals across the wider business

When 33 Digital merged back into Hotwire, I drove digital and integrated comms strategy across the agency.I also became Head of Consumer Brands, where I worked directly with the leadership team to optimise operations and grow £1m+ revenue across businesses like the BBC, Microsoft and Red Bull. During my time here I:- Drove 25% growth across the consumer practice from a base of £1m- Launched business and marketing plans to promote Hotwire’s growing digital/integrated capabilities and shift external perception- Drove sustainable change through training digital talent and fast-tracking team members to act as “digital champions” globally across the agency, embedding innovation at their core and avoiding the typical siloed approach of the time
