Through my work experience in the landscape industry, I have gained skills in grading, shrub pruning, tree care, plant identification, irrigation repair, erosion repair, and tool maintenance. Similar to construction work, I have grown familiar with the operations of a work site and have from-the-ground-up experience on how landscapes are formed. One of my goals is to integrate urban environments with pre-city ecology of hills, rivers, and wildlife.My first degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA) sparked my enthusiasm for green infrastructure. To take this interest to the next level, I am currently pursuing a second bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSc). For internships, I look forward to making connections with water resource engineers, stormwater management professional, and professional land surveyors.
