I am a highly experienced teacher and special needs co-ordinator, with 25 years worth of experience in 3 different schools across 2 local authorities. I have always ensured that learning experiences and outcomes for children have consistently improved for all of the children in my care. I have a wealth of knowledge of safeguarding and am a designated safeguarding lead. I also co-ordinate provision for children in the care of the local authority and those who have English as an additional language. I am the mental health lead for children, families and staff. I have considerable experience of working collaboratively with parents and carers to improve outcomes. I am confident and experienced in providing high quality training to parents and colleagues. I create website content, ensuring compliance and updating regularly.
