Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies for optimizing client base and organically growing revenue streams. As a founder of the Global Skills practice for the Americas, I was responsible for virtually every aspect of this business, including sales proposals, client and prospect meetings, recruiting freelance trainers, coordinating training programs, and managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.I focused on expanding utilization of our training and coaching services. I work closely with clients to identify their specific needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs. Additionally, I implemented a comprehensive coaching program that supported clients in achieving their desired outcomes. By providing valuable resources and support, we were able to create a new revenue stream. Through these efforts, I was able to grow the business to $600,000 in the fourth year, surpassing all revenue targets while also helping our clients reach their goals.

I managed a team of trainers and coordinated intercultural services throughout the Americas region to support clients' needs. I worked closely with the account management team to develop and promote intercultural services, seeking new revenue opportunities. I initiated a program that addressed attrition rates among returning assignees by using pre-assignment metrics, working with trainers to develop a repatriation program that provided a holistic approach that opened up new sales opportunities, increased earnings, and alleviated clients' headcount frustrations. This new practice I developed in 2012 is to this day used across all regions and this effort resulted in my promotion to regional manager.
