I lead the Starbucks team to create the best guest experience possible by maintaining knowledge and teaching routines and standards for both companies. I keep an organized inventory of beverage ingredients, food, merchandise, and equipment for our department. I communicate with both Starbucks and Target managers and relay their focuses to my team. I motivate and push my team to go above and beyond standards to improve guest experience and drive sales for our store.

I interacted and engaged with guests daily and created lasting connections though every action. I took beverage and food orders and prepared them to standard efficiently.
