About Sarah Ripley

An ambitious individual with reservations experience and excellent customer service skills, seeking a new and exciting role within the travel industry. Conscientious and able to adapt to new procedures and operating systems quickly and accurately whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Having explored different cities and cultures, I have become passionate about seeking a career in the travel industry. I have travelled to 20+ countries across 4 continents but my dream would like to visit all 7.Having completed an independent course with IATA: Selling and Managing Airline Reservations and Travel in Galileo. I have learnt how to use the GDS system to book flights, hotels and car rentals. Other topics covered included; flight schedules, ancillary services, frequent flyer programmes, aircraft configuration, ticketing, mileage fares & linear fare calculation, taxes, business & leisure travel, travel documentation and have sufficiently improved my geographical knowledge.
