I am a private client services associate in the Orange County office of Snell & Wilmer. I focus my practice on estate planning, assisting clients through the utilization of complex techniques, trust administration and California probate. I also have experience advising clients on federal, state and local tax matters. Outside of the office I enjoy hiking, cooking new meals, spending time with my family, and reading. I am also an avid equestrian. I earned my JD and Tax LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law, and graduated with the high honors of summa cum laude and order of the coif. I also received the Dean's Tax Scholar Award for highest cumulative grade point average in the Tax LLM Program. During law school, I was involved in Moot Court, part of the student bar association, and served on the Executive Board for the San Diego Law Review. I was also employed as a teaching assistant and a research assistant. In addition to those activities, I volunteered as a judicial extern, worked at Dentons, summered at Snell & Wilmer, and received a Pro Bono Service Recognition with High Distinction. Before law school, I received my B.S. in Biochemistry from Loyola Marymount University with the distinction of magna cum laude. I then obtained a M.S. in Chemistry at University of California, San Diego. After working in a laboratory, I realized that Chemistry wasn't my passion and decided to pursue a degree in law.
