  So, let's break it down:CID focuses on multifamily, hospitality, & commercial design.Here at CID, I lead both repositioning & new development projects. Most days you'll find me creating construction documents, pulling finish specifications, & specifying decorative lighting selections. I facilitate all elements of a project from the initial site visit & schematic concepts, through construction, & into completion. Internally, I'm lucky to manage a team of great designers. Here's what I LOVE to do:Collaborate with contractors, architects, & engineers Space planBrainstorm construction feasibility with my CID teammates (often a humorous process) Apartment unit finish selections + model design Research new design trends & finding creative ways to incorporate unique, one-of-a-kind details into our programsTravel + site visitsCommunicate & meet with CID's clientsMonitor project health & performance Manage project schedules & internal team schedules Mentor & grow new comers to the CID team There's - quite literally - never a dull moment in our office.
