I work with leadership, management, operations and subject matter experts in design strategy that drives the creative development of information graphics, presentations and marketing collateral for high priority pursuits. I engage with teams early, often leading and participating in brainstorming sessions, collaborating in the development of theme messaging, and custom branding. Recently I assisted Brown and Caldwell in wining San Diego’s coveted Pure Water Program, $4 billion, and securing NAVFAC’s SDWA/CWA Engineering Support Contract Vehicle, $150 million.

Orlando, Florida

Provided the design leadership for the largest government services proposal center on the East Coast. Managed large teams of designers and provided training to new staff. Bridged strategy with creativity to clarify complexity for must-win bid pursuits. Internally promoted design as a competency, and sought out new hires that embodied compatible work ethic. Empowered designers to create information graphics, business proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral as well as social media marketing and corporate collateral.

Orlando, Florida Area

Coordinated and managed proposal production efforts. Led teams of graphic designers and desktop publishers to respond to complex government RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and oral presentations. Designed printed and electronic documents and produced quality proposals. Traveled to an international proposal project site in Frankfurt, Germany for 4 weeks of proposal production to win the $130 million Spain Base Maintenance Contract. Help[t grow The Proposal Center into the largest government services proposal center on the East Coast. My tenure led to winning 44 contracts for clients over 5 years, worth $10.5 billion in backlog.

Sarah worked all phases of graphic user interface design projects requiring interactive content and transactional e-commerce purchasing for a wide range of clients. She implemented projects from initial client meeting, to conceptual design and final delivery.

Sarah designed collateral and advertising campaigns for Disneyland, The Walt Disney World Resort, and Disney Cruise Line.

Sarah worked directly with the City of Indianapolis' creative cultural initiative in creating collateral to attract creatives to the Indianapolis area.
