I am currently a behaviour support practitioner, supporting all service users across the charity who are referred to the team.I use various assessments to determine the probable function of the challenging behaviour and then help to create and implement successful strategies to support increase that service users quality of life.I work with other.

I was a level 3 teaching assistant working with a class of 5, all with a diagnosis of ASC. I assisted the class teacher in creating lessons which were fun and motivating. I also led lessons when the teacher was unavailable. Alongside this I supported the other teaching assistants in the class, ensuring the paperwork was up to date and accurately completed..

I was a teaching assistant to various different classes and was a specialist TA for ICT for the first year. In my second year I took over the integration project which supported some of the students to access lessons at a mainstream school. This became a very successful project and enabled one student to achieve a grade C in their art GCSE.My role involved.

I was a weekend receptionist at a busy nursing home. I answered the phone and answered the door. I also enjoyed showing families and prospective residents around the home and was able to answer questions accurately and professionally. I used Microsoft Word and Excel confidently and regularly during my work. I also completed photocopying and other admin.
