I was the Engagement Lead on Energy Safe Victoria's ESVConnect digital transformation project. We developed ESVConnect as our central place for constituent interactions. I planned and facilitated our engagement with key stakeholders including the Victorian electrical industry - licensed electrical workers and inspectors, registered electrical contractors, union and distribution company representatives, and educators - and the public.

Energy Safe Victoria is the regulator responsible for the safe generation, supply and use of electricity, gas and pipelines. Energy Safe is a knowledge based organisation. We depend on the understanding and skill of our people to be an effective regulator. New knowledge is developed when we interact with others and with information – as we carry out internal processes, engage with the community, and with industry in our work on site. As Knowledge Manager at ESV I worked to improve the way knowledge is accessed, developed, transferred and applied. I am a passionate agile practitioner. In our team we used Kanban to manage our business as usual work. I was part of a project team that developed a Constituent Service Delivery Model for the organisation. We conducted research with industry and used an agile/ human centred design process to analyse and make sense of key interactions. We developed clear principles, and a program of work, to modernise the service delivery culture within the organisation and improve the outcomes for our constituents.

About EPAEPA Victoria exists as an authority to ensure the protection of beneficial uses of the environment from the adverse impacts of wastes and unwanted noise.Knowledge Transfer Coordinator- Support and development of Communities of Practice, both face to face and online. About TACThe TAC is the statutory insurer of third-party personal liability for road accidents in Victoria, Australia. It was established under the Transport Accident Act 1986.Its purpose is to fund treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents. The TAC also has a duty to help reduce accidents on Victorian roads. Responded to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. Presented informaiton session for new starters on FOI. Developed internal FOI guidelines, including response analysis and case studies, and implemented a process for electronic delivery of documents released under the Act.
