• Provide a range of consulting services to clients in the healthcare, government, and education industries. Client services have included:~ Business Process Improvement – Help clients to document current processes, develop BPI plans, and implement change.~ Monitoring – Provide strategic and operational support in monitoring performance across large programs.~ Training, Communications, and Technical Assistance – Develop training and communication plans and materials, facilitate in-person and web-based training, plan multi-day onsite events.~ Policy Research and Development – Provide research and expertise on public policy; help clients to incorporate law and policy into their strategies and work.• Conduct extensive project management activities, including developing workplans, timelines, communication plans, budgets/forecasts, contracts, and evaluation reports.
