=>Coached the Business Agility Transformation team, their direct reports, delivery teams, and stakeholders on principles and practices of lean product delivery and adoption of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) as their chosen framework.=>Pitched, designed, and co-facilitated 2.5-day in-person workshop with 70 participant stakeholders. =>Coached organization leaders and delivery teams through a pilot of a new product-centric model of working through which Business and Technology build a “whole product” together through User-Centered Design, Product Management, Adaptability and Flexibility, and System Thinking.
