Oklahoma State partnered with Detachment 1 to give 20 students their initial 15 hours of flight time through a program called Aim High Flight Academy. I worked as a chaperone. I watched over the students, provided transportation, picked up meals, planned activities, and became their mentor, friend, and support system.
