Oversee daily third party public warehouse operations, including but not limited to: inventory managment, inventory reconciliation, inventory discrepancy resolution, track warehouse metrics with regards to accuracy and costs. Track and transfer imported product meeting strict government regulations regarding organic certification traceability concerns. Ensure all products moves through customs quota openings as needed. Travel as needed to 5 different regional warehouses to inspect and maintain cleanliness required for food grade certified warehouses.File and track claims regarding damages for both internal resolution as well as customer based via Netsuite CRM/ERP solutions

Receive and process outbound orders to third party warehouses for customers.Negotiate and arrange freight for customers located throughout the US and Canada. Ship all product within spec as required, creating the need to have a working knowledge of refrigerated FTL/LTL, frozen LTL as well as dry LTL/FTL freight moving.Provide written releases to set up freight moves.Support Senior Logistics staff and cross train to provide backup as needed.

Pick and pack up to 120 boxes of customized produce daily, maintaining above average quality standards with regards to perishable product. Spot check additional handlers boxes for inventory accuracy with a company wide goal of 99.5% accuracy for all outbound orders. Load and deliver up to 80 orders in different route bases throughout the greater Boston area, including the downtown core and suburbs. Drive company marked vehicle to all stops, balancing the need for product to stay within certain temperature while minimizing environmental impact created by vehicle. Awareness of environment and local speed limits and parking regulations to provide direct cost savings to owner.
