I am a Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Florida, also pursuing a certificate in Engineering Project Management, expecting to graduate in December 2024. I am passionate about using problem-solving and analytical skills to improve patient care. Throughout my four years at UF, I have had a variety of experiences in undergraduate research, leadership roles in extracurriculars, and internships in the biotechnology, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. My most recent accomplishment was completing my senior design project, where I collaborated on a team to develop a novel rotator cuff repair tool to address the lack of a standard procedure used for subacromial bursal tissue collection and reimplantation, using the engineering design process.As a graduating senior, I am looking for a full-time role where I can make a significant impact on the lives of patients.
