The Scale Project Internship Equity Award (SIEA) was created to financially support low-income students with the opportunity to apply for or accept unpaid internships within any and all fields or disciplines.I promote the award and guidelines for maintaining communication with award recipients to ensure they feel supported in their award and internship position.I also meet with the larger Scale Project team to coordinate other ways to support Bard students. After working in this position for a year and a half, I was promoted to Co-President and assumed additional responsibilities in addition to overseeing and coordinating the Internship Award.

I collaboratively oversee The Scale Project Team. I create a budget each semester, plan and organize events, coordinate and oversee the Scale Project Internship Equity Award, and support the team.

- Managed a $300 semesterly budget and oversaw logistical responsibilities - Hired and mentored a team to support student voters on campus with the goal of increasing voter engagement.- Helped organize and operate a polling locations accessed by registered voters on campus, and members from the local community for elections.- Assisted in helping to register and educate over 150 voters on campus and voter registration efforts throughout Dutchess County, NY- Coordinated voter education within the classroom with the CCE and faculty

Organize resources for students to identify their polling site and how to request a ride through Election@Bard. Delegated tasks to a 7 person team and created team and individual schedules to navigate Election Day. Registered 15+ students to vote and request absentee ballots prior to the 2020 Presidential Election.

I have worked as a Peer Health Educator with experience in both the Sexual Health and Mental Health subcommittees. On the Sexual Health Subcommittee I worked with the team to create programming for students to navigate sex during the COVID-19 pandemic with yes/no/maybe lists and sharing helpful resources about setting boundaries. On the Mental Health Subcommittee I worked with the team to facilitate a workshop on goal setting and vision boards. The subcommittee also facilitated a workshop about prioritizing rest as an anti-capitalist form of resistance which had 20+ attendees.
