Sarah earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2008, and recently earned her PHR certification. Since graduating from college, Sarah has taken a strong interest in overall Human Resources, especially within Recruitment and Training & Development. In the earlier part of Sarah's career in HR, she was involved in collaborating with Researchers, Principal Investigators, and other professionals in order to draft job descriptions for various Federally-funded positions. Also, Sarah has facilitated company-wide new hire orientations, new hire processing, and benefits administration. When Bishop & Company in January of 2010, Sarah had been responsible for high volume recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placement of qualified candidates in various positions with our clients in many varied industries. Sarah also facilitated outsourced recruitment services for several clients. Currently Sarah is working with Hawaiian Airlines, serving as Coordinator in the Training & Development department, where she is responsible for logistical coordination of company-wide Customer Service technical and regulatory training.
